Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of processes and materials to meet project specifications and industry standards, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

:

-Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans according to project requirements.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits on construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

- Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, to verify quality criteria.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

- Prepare detailed reports on quality inspection results and non-conformance issues.

- Monitor testing of materials and workmanship for conformance with project specifications.

- Assist in training site personnel on quality control procedures and standards.

- Ensure all quality activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA QC Engineer in the construction industry, roads & infrastructure preferably within the Abu Dhabi or GCC region. Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and construction industry regulations. Familiarity with inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality control tools. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse project teams. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
