Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer

to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

roads and infrastructure projects

within the UAE and a thorough understanding of quality assurance and control procedures in line with project specifications and local standards.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards. Conduct inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues. Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain high-quality standards throughout execution. Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or related field). Minimum

2 to 3 years of UAE experience

in

roads and infrastructure projects

. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, materials testing, and relevant UAE codes and standards. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
