About the Role
We are hiring a
QA/QC Engineer
with expertise injoinery and interior finishes
to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a strong background in interior fit-out.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures for joinery and interior fit-out works Inspect materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications Conduct regular quality audits on-site and prepare detailed inspection reports Monitor subcontractors' work and provide technical guidance where needed Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals Identify and document non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented Maintain quality records and ensure adherence to ISO and local authority standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in interior fit-out and joinery projects in UAE Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation methods Familiarity with international and UAE quality standards and regulations Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and reporting abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED3.00 per month
