Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified

QA/QC Engineer

with strong expertise in F

acade, Aluminium, Curtain Wall, Plaster Work, and EIFS

for our esteemed organization. The candidate must possess solid experience in the

building sector

and a proven track record of handling quality assurance and control for specialized finishes and facade works.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

(or related discipline).

10 - 18 years

of relevant experience in the building sector. Specialized expertise in

Facade, Aluminium, Curtain Wall, Plaster Work, and EIFS

(mandatory).

UPDA certification

is an added advantage. Candidates with only infrastructure project experience

will not be considered

.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify

incoming facade and finishing materials

as per project specifications and approved submittals. Review and monitor

WIRs, MIRs, and test reports

; update the Quality Manager and site team on quality status. Prepare and implement

QA/QC Plans, Method Statements, and ITPs

specific to facade and finishes scope. Ensure proper documentation control for all approved consultant documents. Provide guidance and support to QA/QC inspectors and site teams on quality processes and best practices. Conduct independent surveillance, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Verify inspection compliance and coordinate corrective actions to achieve high first-time approval rates. Issue and follow up on

NCRs / SORs

until closure. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pre-production meetings, inspections, and quality improvements. Ensure

compliance with QMS standards

and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Support the Quality Manager in monitoring subcontractor/supplier performance and making recommendations. Conduct follow-up inspection if required until the material or work is confirmed completed and ready for the Consultant's inspection.
