Job Summary:
The
QA/QC Engineer
is responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance in landscaping projects, overseeing inspections, material testing, and adherence to specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality execution, identifying defects, and implementing corrective measures to enhance overall project integrity.Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control:
Develop and implement
QA/QC procedures
to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Conductsite inspections and audits
to assess workmanship, material quality, and adherence to approved designs. Overseesampling and testing
of materials such as soil, plants, irrigation systems, and paving elements. Ensure all landscaping work meetssafety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain and update
QA/QC reports, inspection logs, and material certifications
. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials meet required standards. Ensure proper document control for test results, approvals, and project quality records.Coordination & Issue Resolution:
Work closely with
project teams, engineers, and site supervisors
to address quality-related concerns. Identifynon-conformances, defects, and deviations
, recommending corrective actions. Support intraining site personnel
on quality standards and best practices. Assist in resolving disputes related to quality deficiencies.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Landscaping,
/ Electricalor related field
. Proven experience inQA/QC within landscaping, construction, or infrastructure projects
. Strong knowledge ofquality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and industry regulations
. Proficiency inquality management systems, documentation, and reporting
. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
