To manage and implement the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems for building construction projects, ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, QCS, BS, ASTM, and ISO standards
Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, MARs, MIRs, and WIRs.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors
Monitor construction activities to ensure workmanship quality and compliance
Identify non-conformities and raise NCRs, follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Ensure proper implementation of approved construction procedures on site
Supervise and guide QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and site teams
Ensure testing of materials (concrete, steel, blocks, waterproofing, finishing materials, etc.)
Review test results and ensure corrective actions for failed tests
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and handover documentation
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Support project handover and final inspection activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (preferred).
Minimum of 12 Years of Experience required.
