Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
QA/QC Engineer
with proven expertise inUAE villa and high-rise construction projects
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and UAE authority regulations.Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the
Project Quality Plan (PQP)
in line with contract requirements. Conductsite inspections
for villas and high-rise structures (structural, architectural, and finishing works). Review and approveMethod Statements, ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and Checklists
. Ensure materials comply withapproved submittals and project specifications
. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for inspections and approvals. Monitorconcrete works, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and finishing activities
. Ensure compliance withUAE standards, local authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, ADM, etc.)
, and project specifications. Identify non-conformities, issueNCRs
, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions. Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and quality reports. Supporthandover and snagging
processes for villas and high-rise projects. Coordinate testing activities (concrete, soil, waterproofing, fire stopping, etc.).Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or equivalent.5-10 years
of QA/QC experience inUAE construction projects
, specificallyvillas and high-rise buildings
. Strong knowledge ofUAE construction standards, codes, and authority regulations
. Experience instructural, architectural, and finishing works
. Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting. Familiar withISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
