Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
QA/QC Engineer
with strong experience invilla construction and high-rise building projects
in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site works meet the established quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain
project quality plans
, ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC procedures. Performdaily inspections
for civil, architectural, and MEP works as per project standards. Review and verifymaterial approvals (MARs)
, technical submittals, shop drawings, and compliance reports. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence toUAE codes
, project specifications, and safety regulations. Conductpre-inspection, in-progress inspection, and final inspection
for villas and high-rise structures. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams forquality-related issues
and NCR closures. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation includingRFI, MIR, WIR, NCR, SOR, checklists, and test reports
. Ensure proper implementation oftesting and commissioning
procedures. Conduct audits and quality meetings to achieve continuous improvement. Support handover process by preparingfinal QA/QC documentation
and as-built records.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
5-10+ years UAE experience
in QA/QC forvilla and high-rise building projects
. Strong knowledge ofDubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, ADNOC, and other UAE authority standards
. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. Ability to interpretdrawings, specifications, and codes
. Excellent communication and reporting skills.Immediate joiner preferred
