Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

QA/QC Engineer

with a strong background in both

villa

and

high-rise building construction

within the

UAE contracting sector

. The ideal candidate will ensure all site activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and relevant UAE regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

QA/QC plans

, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, and quality control procedures for villa and high-rise projects. Monitor and ensure construction activities adhere to

project specifications

,

UAE standards

, and

client requirements

. Coordinate inspections and testing with consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories. Review and verify

shop drawings

, materials submittals, and project documentation for compliance. Supervise the quality of

structural

,

architectural

, and

MEP works

for both low-rise and high-rise structures. Prepare and maintain all quality-related documentation including NCRs, corrective actions, material approvals, and inspection reports. Ensure proper implementation and closure of

Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

and

Corrective Action Requests (CARs)

. Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining

ISO 9001:2015 QMS

compliance. Collaborate with project teams to improve quality standards and implement best practices across villa and high-rise developments. Support in

handover documentation

, snagging, and final inspections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience

as a QA/QC Engineer in

UAE contracting

, specifically on

villa

and

high-rise building projects

. Solid understanding of

UAE construction regulations

, including Dubai Municipality, ADM, Trakhees, DDA, etc. Proven experience in

quality control of structural, architectural, and finishing works

. Familiar with

international standards

and

UAE codes

related to construction quality and material testing. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control systems
