Al Qahera Contracting L.L.C is currently seeking a qualified and experienced
QA/QC Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures across our construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all construction activities. Prepare and review inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality-related documentation. Coordinate and conduct inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions. Maintain detailed quality records, reports, and documentation. Assist in internal and external audits. Provide quality training and guidance to project teams. Ensure that work is executed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and methods. Familiar with ISO quality systems and QA/QC procedures. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
