About the Role:

OIL Exec Employment is seeking a skilled and ADNOC-approved QA/QC Engineer to support a major oil & gas project in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a strong background in pipeline construction and oil & gas infrastructure projects, and a thorough understanding of ADNOC specifications and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC plans in line with ADNOC and client requirements Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of construction and welding activities Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and ADNOC standards Review and verify material certificates, inspection records, and welding procedures Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and ADNOC representatives on all quality-related matters Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs Participate in internal and external audits and facilitate timely closure of non-conformities Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection instruments and equipment Support the handover process with complete quality documentation and final dossiers

Candidate Requirements:

ADNOC Approval as QA/QC Engineer (Mandatory) 5-8 years of relevant UAE experience in oil & gas, particularly pipeline construction Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Certification in ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor preferred) CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification is an advantage Strong knowledge of welding, NDT, material inspection, and international codes/standards (ASME, API, etc.) Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work independently at site under ADNOC supervision
