. The candidate will be responsible for inspections, quality documentation, and compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Conduct site inspections for civil/architectural/MEP works as applicable
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Prepare and review ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs
Coordinate with consultants and site teams for inspections and approvals
Monitor material quality and ensure approved materials are used on-site
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions
Maintain quality records and prepare QA/QC reports
Support audits, testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
Minimum
4-7 years experience
as a QA/QC Engineer in
high-rise & villa projects
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and UAE construction standards
Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Proficient in MS Office; documentation skills essential
Good communication and coordination skills
