Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
To ensure product compliance, implement and monitor quality assurance system Carry out Lab chemical analysis and physical testing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods Carry out in-process and packaging line product quality control checks Provide training and awareness to the employees to improve the product quality Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance. Monitor workers Personal Hygiene Review and revise existing quality procedures and safety policies Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans Handle and investigate Consumer complaints and identify the root cause Documentation and procedure compliance Inspecting the workplace for compliance and identifying areas of concern
Qualifications:
Science Graduate preferably with Post graduation Minimum of 0-1 years' experience in QA/QC role Experience in HACCP and relevant certificates is Preferred Certifications in Basic Food Hygiene and PIC is Preferred Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience and health authority compliance Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA Knowledge of relevant certifications and regulatory requirements

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
