Job Description

Assist in the preparation, control, and distribution of the company's QA/QC manual and other quality-related documentation. Support the monitoring of quality-related activities on projects to ensure compliance with established standards. Help in performing internal audits and supporting external audits as directed by the Senior QA/QC Engineer. Assist in verifying that contractor quality requirements are included in vendor and contractor documentation submissions. Provide support during pre-bid meetings and help coordinate project quality requirements with bidders. Aid in the preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement. Assist in reviewing quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements. Monitor the status and disposition of nonconformance reports under the guidance of the Senior QA/QC Engineer. Help prepare and maintain quality records, acceptance certificates, and turnover documentation for specific systems and areas. Coordinate with the planning and scheduling team to ensure understanding of milestone dates related to quality documentation. Support the compilation of as-built turnover dossiers and ensure the completion of relevant quality documentation. Assist in monitoring the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and suggest improvements as needed. Track and control the status of punch lists and exception lists related to quality dossiers. Participate in QA/QC and commissioning meetings, taking notes and assisting with follow-up actions as required. Assist with coordinating inconsistencies between test packages and field QC site inspections. Provide support in gathering progress data for project reports and updates for the planning and scheduling department. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior QA/QC Engineer or management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
