, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our construction projects adhere to the highest quality standards. You will assist the QA/QC Engineer/QA/QC Manager in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining quality procedures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining QA/QC documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), quality checklists, and records.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and test results.
Conduct regular inspections of materials, processes, and completed works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that QA/QC requirements are met.
Support QA/QC Engineer/QA/QC Manager in audits and liaising with third-party inspection agencies.
Assist in monitoring and enforcing safety and quality protocols on-site.
Participate in site meetings and provide updates on QA/QC-related matters.
Qualifications and Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, preferably in high-rise building projects.
Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and industry codes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, CQE) are a plus.
