Job Title: Surveyor Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month As a Surveyor at Al Malihi Transporting & Contracting-Sole Proprietorship L.L.C., you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and assessments of land and construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in various projects. This position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using advanced equipment and techniques.
- Analyzing survey data to produce detailed reports and maps.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
- Verifying the accuracy of survey data and identifying any discrepancies.
- Utilizing GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools to collect and process data.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
- Providing guidance and support to junior surveying staff as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of survey activities and results.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
