The Q&E participates in the implementation and management of Q&E systems, monitors performance across Morocco, and drives continuous improvement. He provides efficient and professional support to business units, being recognized as a strategic and supportive partner. Additionally, he manages Q&E activities in the workplace, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, CEVA GroupaEUR(TM)s global standards, Iberian regulations, and reference standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. He is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely Q&E reporting.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE FOLLOW UP
Legal compliance follow up and ensuring legal accomplishment through action plan definition, when applied
TRAINING AND AWARENES
Prepare training and awareness contents on management systems, CEVA standards and concerned tools Identify trainees when applied Plan and conduct trainings and awareness Collaborate with HR department to deliver the training records
AUDITS
Collaborate on audit program issue Conduct internal and supplier's audits Support the product and other department on audit's preparation Follow up and support Products and other departments on external audits Support Products and other departments on the action plan definition and its effectiveness
ENVIRONMENT
Carrying out Environmental: analysis, aspects impact assessment and management program Identify and analyse environmental suppliers (e.g., waste suppliers...) Annual legal reportings Operational control Environment drills (together with H&S, when applicable) Respects natural resources by controlling their consumption and complies with applicable legal environmental requirements
SAFETY
Team work with H&S technician to implement ISO 45001 management system You are an actor of your own safety and that of others, therefore respect the applicable rules regarding hygiene and safety, and should warn in case of detecting any risk situation
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum bachelor's degree System Management specialization: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Auditor certification
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 5 years' experience in System Management ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Minimum 5 years' experience in auditing and being audited 3-5 years in causes analysis tools application (e.g., CAPA, 8D's...)
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
Foreign Languages:
English: B2/C1 - Advanced level (spoken and written) French: Fluent
IT: Mastery of Office computer tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook,)
Other knowledge: Training techniques Internal audits External audits (example: Suppliers, customers...) Environmental legislation, safety, and quality Project planning Result and performance analysis
INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
