Participate and coordinate technical meetings and ensure implementation of meeting outputs
Implement applicable legislation requirements, regulations, customer requirements, corporate requirements or applicable international standards for continuous suitability and improvement of food safety management system
Assist in External Audits and close findings as per the proposed target dates
Deliver food safety or other related trainings
Describe, discuss and implement processes required
Assist in Product Validation
Perform production quality checks using the Quality Route Tool
Create, implement and review quality procedures and HACCP Plans per each product;
Create and revise food safety forms
Coach Quality Inspectors (prepare their schedules; distribute tasks, if required)
Arrange and participate in Quality Weeks
Provide guidance on corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected in the production process and ensure implementation of non-conformities raised during online or product checks
Coordinate with the External Pest Control/Other Service providers
Understand lab test results and provide guidance on corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected
Describe and provide technical guidance for production staff regarding Critical Control Points
Coordinate the implementation of new technologies or working methodologies
Conduct Traceability and Mock Recall exercises
Conduct Service Provider Audits for External Service Contractors (Cafeteria, Laundry, etc.)
Conduct and participate in Internal Audits and close findings as per the proposed target dates
Cooperate with other departments during creation of documents to make them integrated
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry
Desirable requirements
Applicable Quality Standards for products;
Advanced Food Hygiene and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge;
Internal Audit requirements awareness and practical experience;
Food Microbiology and Biochemistry;
Full understanding of production processes.
