Quality Officer with UAE expeience in a furniture manufacturing industry is a must for this position

The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the quality standards set by the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement throughout the organization.

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Guide and Oversee the quality control function and manufacturing quality function to meet quality standards for materials, products, Manufacturing process, Packing, Logistic Quality, mock-ups, etc.

Follow the current manufacturing process.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards and that company and product quality requirements are met.

Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open Non-Conforming Material issues can be closed in a timely manner.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Interface with clients and sub-contractors on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical agreement, master sample sign-off, on-site inspections, sorting arrangement, and Non-Conforming Material components and products disposal (if any) method.

Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

Participate in the design and implementation of new products or processes, ensuring quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning.
Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc.

Oversee Mock-up / Control Sample quality inspections

Participate in annual internal audit as internal auditor to ensure that quality management system effectiveness is up to standards of ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSC, etc.,

Schedule and coordinate workflow within / between sections and establishes priorities.

Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications.

Ensure being part of proper HSE Maintenance

Assist with BW FM process improvement.

Perform other related tasks assigned by the line manager which include but not limited to the above mentioned duties

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
