Years of Experience : Above 12 Years in relevant field & Proven 5 years working experience as QA/QC leader.Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Oil & Gas - Preferred with SABIC Exp) and overseas for the position of QA/QC-Lead for ISD requirement.

Academic: Engineering Degree (Mechanical)

Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 welding Inspector, NDT Level II (PT,UT,RT & MT),ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor (QMS)

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Prepare, develop, and maintain up-to-date quality procedures, documents and quality method of statement as specific project needs and End-user standards. Prepare PQR (Procedure Qualification for WPS), qualify welders and prepare welder qualifications and welders ID. Review of associated quality control documentation to ensure materials are fabricated products in accordance with applicable codes, client and project specifications and standards. Supervise field inspection activities of manufacturing site construction, welding, NDT examinations and pressure testing and prepare daily inspection reports. Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Weld consumable control, Final production inspection. Maintain project material certification. Preparation of Weld & NDT Maps. Preparation of piping test packs. Prepare Final QA/ QC dossier to submit to the client & Responsible for the review of sub-vendor documents and provide comments / approval, these documents include QCP/ITP, various procedure, welding books (WPS & PQR), method statements, material approval request etc. Monitor multi-disciplined QA/QC teams & delegate task as per ongoing and forecasted workflow.. Represent the organization and enhance relationships in dealings with client, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure all procedures are implemented. Participate in regular meetings to identify gaps, target dates, issues, delays in execution of work to ensure timely project completion.
