As a QA/QC Inspector for Fitout Projects and Marble Factory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
that our products and projects meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for
implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various
departments to maintain quality assurance throughout the entire production and construction
process.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct comprehensive inspections of all marble products, fitout materials, and construction work
to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
? Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications.
? Maintain detailed records and reports of all inspection findings.
? Work closely with production and projects teams to identify areas for process improvement and
recommend necessary corrective actions.
? Help develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product and
project quality.
? Ensure that all products and projects meet local, state, and national building codes and industry
regulations.
? Stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements and implement necessary
changes.
? Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all quality control documentation and
reports.
? Regularly report to management on the quality control status, highlighting areas of concern and
improvement opportunities.
? Provide guidance and support to production and construction teams to ensure they understand
and adhere to quality control procedures.
? Conduct training sessions to improve the overall quality awareness within the organization.
? Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
? Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
? Evaluate the quality of materials and products received from external sources.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the contracting and/or manufacturing industry, with
specific experience in fitout projects and marble production preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
Certification in quality control (e.g., CQE) is a plus.
