QA QC Engineer - Marine, Oil & Gas

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assure safekeeping of all quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, work standards, forms, records and other quality-related documents.

Ensure projects/services comply with the company's established policies and procedures.

Serve as the focal point of contact and source of professional QHSSE information and advice.

Develop HSSE policies, practices, and procedures. Play an active role in fulfilling Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental procedures.

Implement safe work practices and develop safety plans within the organization.

Initiate the need of improving QHSSE processes through monitoring of plans, conducting site inspections, audits, drills, participating in joint meetings and accumulating feedback.

Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, conduct the relevant testing and maintain sample curing as required.

Overseeing quality control, health, and safety matters on-site activities.

Responsible for preparation of Method statements & ITP, Material testing, Company Prequalification, and All QA QC Documents such as WIR, MIR, ITR, and others.

Responsible NCR's & SOR's closing, in coordination with Qatar Energy representatives in line with the Project Specification.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 10 years of Experience in Marine, Oil & Gas. Strong Knowledge & Experience in QHSE Processes & Procedures. Implement QHSE documentation for Projects. Strong skills in auditing and continuous improvement. Should be able to guide the project team and the Auditors. Knowledgeable in analyzing deficiencies and developing preventive actions. Excellent Communication & Technical Skills. Computer proficiency utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
