Responsibilities
Assisting Main Contractor / Consultants during the inspection and coordination with the laboratories in getting the reports and submit to the consultant
Ensure compliance and implementation and monitor effectiveness of the quality management plan and inspection test plan during project construction
Check and Monitor if the method statement of every phase of works is being followed on actual execution of works
Conduct snag inspection together with the client and then arrange schedules for rectification of every phase of the snag comments
Conduct final inspection for closing out the snag comments together with the client prior to handling over the project
Preparing the documents of project work, controlling all inspection activities on the site as per the standard procedure of the method statement
Initiating and supervising independent third party testing at project site ensuring compliance with project specifications
Closely monitoring site activities, fully coordinating with engineers and reporting to Project Manager
