Responsible for the plant and equipment maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts.
Explaining technical problems to non-technical colleagues.
Carrying out staff appraisals.
Prepare monthly reports for Project Manager.
Supervising the smooth operation of the company
Making sure all safety precautions are taken
