About the Role:

SESC Group is seeking an experienced

QA/QC Electrical & ELV Engineer

to join our team, initially assigned to a prestigious mega project in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires producing

detailed and comprehensive QA/QC reports

, referencing standards, codes, regulations, and laws, even in the absence of sufficient resources. The ideal candidate should be confident leading a

multicultural team

, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure

project success

.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect electrical and ELV installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and local/international standards. Review and verify

Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)

. Review and prepare

method statements

and technical documentation. Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures. Coordinate with other team leads, engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality compliance. Assign, delegate, review, prepare, and maintain relevant reports and documentation with the team you lead. Produce QA/QC reports confidently, even with limited resources, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Electrical or ELV Engineering (UAE MOFA attested - SESC HR can assist with the attestation process here in the UAE). Minimum

5 years' experience

in Testing & Commissioning and/or QA/QC of MEP systems. Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV, MV) and ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, Access Control, PA, Structured Cabling). Familiarity with industry standards such as

IEC, IEEE, BS, NFPA

, and

DEWA/ADDC regulations

. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Excellent

leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

. Advanced

English proficiency

(written and spoken). Strong

Microsoft Office proficiency

. Driving license required; as well as willingness to travel daily to project site using company-provided means.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
