Job Summary

A proactive and detail-oriented

Site Document Controller

to support our QA/QC (MEP) team. This role is essential to ensure efficient handling of all project-related documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize project documents in line with QA/QC protocols Handle submission, distribution, and retrieval of technical documents and drawings Implement version control and monitor approval workflows Coordinate document submissions with site engineers and subcontractors Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, WIRs, and NCRs Assist in audits and compliance reporting

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of document control experience (preferably MEP or construction) Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and documentation standards Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of ACONEX or similar document management systems (preferred) Strong communication in English (required) MOFA-attested educational documents (required) UAE driving license (required) Willingness to travel and work 100% on-site in RAK

Electrical Engineering Degree Preferred.*
