Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Manage, guide, and develop the QA team to ensure effective testing processes and professional growth.
- Testing Strategy: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding guidelines, and relevant quality standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
