We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

QA Engineer cum Manager

to join our

Planning Department

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within the construction or consultancy sector, with proven leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards, reviewing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC procedures and protocols in alignment with project planning standards. Lead QA reviews of project schedules, reports, and technical documentation. Monitor and audit planning deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Coordinate with planners, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure quality objectives are met. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues. Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management and clients. Train and mentor planning department staff on QA best practices and standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding quality compliance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years

of relevant QA/QC experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role specially in high-rise buildings. Solid understanding of planning processes and documentation in consultancy or construction projects. Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, tools, and methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus. Must be

locally available

for in-person interviews. Must be
