Role and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Selenium Automation Tool and ability to configure it
• Knowledge in Performance and Stress Testing and ability to configure it.
• Experience in Automation with the various framework in Web and Mobile Applications.
• Development of equipment automation plans.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Perform Automation Testing to support the regression testing.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and business analyst) to identify system requirements and apply testing processes
• Providing UAT testing support to external users/stakeholders
• Exploring and implementing new testing strategies
• Providing the regular and accurate status updates and insights

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in the software testing of financial / banking domain
• 4- 6 years of proven experience in Automation Testing and Performance Testing.
• Expertise in Selenium Automation: Web and Mobile Applications or similar tool.
• Expertise in Performance and Stress Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner.
• Hands on various Framework: TestNg, Cucumber/BDD, Robot Framework. Hands on Mobile Automation: Appium or similar Tool
• Knowledge of CI/CD is preferred.
• Working knowledge of defect tracking software (JIRA, Zephyr preferred).
• Knowledge on testing like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database etc.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attentions to detail.
• Experience in services/API testing is a plus.
