a) Responsible for managing and lead the Quality Assurance activities for all 6 conversion plants of PCC under the supervision of Sr. Manager Technical & Engineering. b) Perform internal audits against Quality plan, policy, service level agreements, and any regulatory requirements. c) Leverage internal tools and processes to track and report to Management d) Conduct audits on regular basis as per established frequency and quality standards. e) Responsible for Implementation of TQM & achieving TQM objectives of the company by taking end-to-end ownership on QA requirements & Business sustainability requirements . f) Lead on certifications & statutory requirements

ISO Auditors for the same industry c) Advantages – ASQ / Six sigma certifications highly preferrable. d) Personal Attributes – Leadership capabilities, Detail oriented, possess strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills, Strong presentation & communication skills, High time management skills e) Certifications – ASQ & Six sigma certifications. f) Language – Speak & Write English Fluently g) Computer Skills – MS Office, Basics for ERP modulesa) Lead the Quality Assurance roles of all conversion plants b) Audits areas of the quality system, such as development and manufacturing, as assigned. c) Evaluates the adequacy and compliance of systems, operations, and practices against regulations. d) Performs surveillance and inspections in accordance with site or department procedure. Provide the results of these assessments and proposed corrective actions, if needed, to line management e) Coordinate auditing teams on internal & external audits f) Examining the procedures that the production process consists of g) Calibrating and inspecting auditing tools, such as calipers, scales, and other testing equipment h) Ensure excellent communication between teams and internal management or clients i) Responsible for the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of Quality Assurance j) Responsible for Management Information System (MIS) for Quality Assurance k) Lead certification audits and requirements l) Training for the team & the business team accordingly m) Develop new ideas for data scrubbing, new policies, training, or other methods to solve data quality concerns Develop new ideas for data scrubbing, new policies, training, or other methods to solve data quality concerns n) Work on risk management, continuous excellence. o) Not limited to the above but to all universal requirements of Quality Department
