Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Python Lead to oversee the delivery of AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on LangChain and LangGraph. This role is ideal for someone who excels in team leadership, project delivery, and business stakeholder engagement, while guiding technical teams in implementing cutting-edge LLM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Python developers working on AI/LLM-based projects.
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee solution architecture and ensure alignment with best practices in LangChain and LangGraph.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Python-based project delivery and team leadership.
Strong understanding of LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable architecture principles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in consulting or client delivery roles.
Exposure to AI/ML product lifecycle and enterprise-grade deployments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
