Job Description

We are looking for a Purchasing & Sourcing Executive to handle end-to-end procurement activities for an AC Trading company in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for finding suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchases, coordinating imports, and supporting daily operations of the company.

---Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify and evaluate new suppliers for AC equipment, spare parts, and materials.

Request quotations (RFQs) and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.

Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Research new products, market pricing, and alternative vendors.

2. Purchasing & Procurement

Prepare purchase orders and follow the full procurement cycle.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate shipments, imports, and logistics with freight forwarders.

Ensure timely delivery of material to the warehouse or to customers.

3. Inventory & Documentation

Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and delivery notes.

Follow up on pending orders and solve any delays or discrepancies.

4. Support to Sales & Operations

Provide product availability, price updates, and delivery schedules to the sales team.

Assist in preparing quotations for customers when needed.

Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

5. Compliance & Company Procedures

Ensure all purchases follow company policies and approval procedures.

Follow import/export requirements and UAE regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.

Experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement, preferably in AC/HVAC trading.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good knowledge of AC products and parts (advantage).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
