Handling the company's daily purchasing requirements.
Sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, and negotiating prices and terms.
Preparing and following up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintaining proper records for suppliers and purchasing documents.
Monitoring stock levels in coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
The requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of purchasing or procurement experience within the UAE.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
