Key Responsibilities:
Working in
1C and ERP systems
(a complex system, but fully learnable).
Entering, managing, and analyzing purchasing data.
Uploading and processing supplier documents (invoices, delivery notes, payments).
Using the supplier portal efficiently for daily operations.
Communicating with suppliers about deliveries, timelines, and payments.
Generating reports and conducting data analysis in
Excel (Advanced level is mandatory)
.
Ensuring accurate and timely updates in the system.
Actively solving issues related to procurement and documentation.
Requirements:
Experience in purchasing is required.
Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable
(formulas, pivot tables, data processing).
Analytical and logical thinking -- this job involves
daily decision-making and calculations
.
ERP experience is a strong plus.
Attention to detail, independence, responsibility.
Fast learner, capable of mastering portals and systems.
Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction.
