We are seeking an experienced

PHP Software Developer with strong DevOps skills

to join

our growing team in Dubai. At Delupe, a Google Premium Comparison Shopping Service

Partner and Microsoft Bing Shopping Partner, we manage and scale shopping ads for over

10,000 merchants worldwide. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable

systems, automating deployment pipelines, and developing applications that power our e-

commerce advertising platform.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing backend and frontend codebases. Integrate and maintain Google Ads, Bing Shopping, and partner APIs. Design and manage Dockerized environments for development and production. Set up and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Monitor application performance, uptime, and resource usage using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar. Implement infrastructure automation (using scripts or lightweight orchestration tools). Ensure application and data security across all systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, and infrastructure) to deliver end-to-end features. Support AI and analytics-driven initiatives aimed at improving ad campaign optimization.

Requirements:

PHP Development: Strong expertise in PHP (Symfony or similar modern framework). Frontend Development: Proficiency with JavaScript, Vue.js (Vuetify preferred), and TypeScript. API Development: Experience with RESTful or GraphQL API design and integration. Database Management: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL; knowledge of query optimization and data modeling. Linux Administration: Comfortable managing Linux servers, networks, and security configurations. Docker & CI/CD: Experience deploying and maintaining applications using Docker and GitLab CI/CD. Version Control: Strong understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging, conflict resolution). Testing & QA: Familiarity with PHPUnit or other automated testing frameworks. Documentation: Ability to maintain clear documentation and deployment instructions. Networking Concepts: Understanding of protocols, security, and load balancing. Application Security: Awareness of OWASP principles and best practices for secure code. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Bonus Skills: Experience with Python scripting, Elasticsearch, Agile methodologies, or AI-related projects.

Additional Experience That We Will Value:

Experience working with high-load systems. Familiarity with monitoring tools. Prior experience in e-commerce or online business. English: Intermediate or higher (spoken & written). 4+ years of experience as a PHP Developer.
