Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing activities for kitchen & operations needs
Source suppliers and negotiate prices & terms
Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
Coordinate with kitchen, finance & operations teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B purchasing (mandatory)
Knowledge of UAE suppliers & market prices
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
