Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Purchasing Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality procurement, with the ability to manage purchasing operations efficiently and cost-effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Handle the procurement of food, beverage, equipment, and other operational supplies Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules Work closely with the kitchen, service, and finance teams to ensure purchasing aligns with operational needs Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement role within the hospitality industry Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills Good knowledge of supply chain procedures and inventory management Familiarity with purchasing software and MS Office Ability to manage multiple suppliers and tight timelines Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
