Building Contracting LLC is looking for a
Purchasing Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials to meet project requirements.Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services at competitive prices. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. Monitor and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely supply. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery time. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Collaborate with the project and accounts teams to meet material and budget requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2-3 years of UAE experience
in purchasing, preferably in theconstruction industry
. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
