We are a leading building material trading company in Sharjah, committed to delivering high-quality products and efficient services to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of building materials from local and international suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and invoices.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in procurement and logistics within the UAE market (preferably building materials or trading industry).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Knowledge of UAE market, suppliers, and logistics operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
