Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Officer dedicated to the Dubai market for a QSR food & beverage chain. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventories, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Officer will also be tasked with evaluating vendor performance, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining records of all procurement activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts Strong inventory management and procurement skills Experience in vendor evaluation and performance analysis Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
