Job Description
URGENTLY HIRING
Responsible for all procurement operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures. Ensures quality is provided at the lowest possible price taking advantage of discounts Ensure food and beverage items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition. Perform all deliveries and transfers between branches. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers. Tracking of product cost savings for progressive reporting and analysis. Facilitates removal of dead stock items from warehouse and conduct new/existing product evaluations as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree At least 2 years of relevant procurement and vendor management experience in the F&B (Restaurants) Excellent command of the English Language. Excellent Excel Skills. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills
