Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
Request quotations and compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and accounts teams for stock control and payment processes.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with procurement guidelines.
Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
