Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Auto Parts Purchaser to join our garage team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with luxury vehicles and excellent knowledge of automotive spare parts sourcing. This role requires a professional who can independently identify, source, and procure required parts from the local market and suppliers as per job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase spare parts for luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.) Identify required parts accurately based on workshop and technician requirements Find any required parts from the market efficiently and within required timelines Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and vendors Compare prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality Verify genuine, OEM, and aftermarket parts as per company standards Manage purchase orders, invoices, and stock coordination with the workshop team Ensure timely availability of parts to avoid work delays Monitor market trends and availability of hard-to-find parts Maintain proper purchase records and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Auto Parts Purchaser (Mandatory) Strong experience with German and luxury cars In-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts and components Excellent market sourcing skills - must be able to find any required part Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Good organizational and communication skills Basic computer knowledge (purchase records, emails, invoicing) Understanding of OEM, genuine, and aftermarket parts
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a luxury car garage or dealership Established supplier network in the auto parts market Knowledge of import parts sourcing is an added advantage
