Purchasing Officer
Job Description
As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. You will ensure that all materials are sourced at the best prices, in the right quantities, and delivered on time to keep our kitchen and dining operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase food, beverages, and other supplies as needed for the restaurant Maintain and build relationships with suppliers and vendors Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or excess stock Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all purchases Keep detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts Work closely with the kitchen and management team to forecast needs and adjust orders accordingly Monitor and evaluate the quality of products received to ensure standards are met Assist in managing food cost budgets and reduce waste Please send your resume/CV
