We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage procurement and inventory for our company, which operates 4 restaurants and provides maintenance and engineering consultancy services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, maintain optimal stock levels, and support smooth operations across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for restaurants, maintenance, and engineering projects.
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Review purchase orders, invoices, and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor budget and costs related to procurement.
Liaise with internal departments to forecast needs and streamline purchasing processes.
Support operational efficiency across all company units.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in procurement and inventory management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the UAE market and suppliers is a plus.
