The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, products, and services required by the company. The role ensures cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with quality standards, while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities (?????? ???????????):
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and service.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of purchase.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to fulfill requirements.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternatives.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain management
Attention to detail and analytical thinking

Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain is an advantage
Knowledge of local market and suppliers (preferred)
