procurement, supplier management, and material sourcing
within the construction and maintenance sector in the UAE, with a solid understanding of
ADM regulations

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the best quality, price, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with
ADM standards, UAE laws, and company policies
in all procurement transactions.
Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and the finance team for timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records.
Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in procurement within construction and maintenance projects.
Valid
ADM License
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE supplier markets, contracts, and procurement regulations.
Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP/Oracle, and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
