Job Description

A Logistics Officer, is responsible for overseeing the supply chain for company products from the manufacturing stage through to storage and product orders. Also responsible for handling imports of products from other countries.

Responsibilities:



Responsible for contact with international & local vendors, get quotations and place orders. Responsible for forecasting and making sure all products are available at all times in the warehouse. Responsible for efficient and timely product flow from warehouses to branches. Managing shipping line and inbound/customs service. Manage the documentation process of inbound shipments (packing list, CI, BOE etc.) Managing end to end customs clearance with SABER requirements. Track, monitor and ensure timely payment of duties by invoices due dates. Ensure smooth cooperation with all team members.

Requirements



Proven 2-4 years of overall work experience in Logistics. Knowledge of customs procedures in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah. Knowledge of BAYAN / ZATCA / FASAH platforms. Good organization and time management, including the ability to work well in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines. Strong analytical thinking skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in MS Office is must
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?5,500.00 per month
