Job Description
The Purchase Manager is responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, lubricants, chemicals, and packaging. The role ensures timely, cost-effective sourcing while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement of materials, chemicals, and packaging for manufacturing. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to forecast needs. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance. Track procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Supervise a small team and report to senior management on purchasing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 5+ years of purchasing experience, ideally in the oil or lubricant industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of procurement software and industry regulations.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with occasional travel to suppliers or production sites.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
