Key Responsibilities:Purchasing Duties:
Source and procure materials, furniture, and interior products based on project requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers for the best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with design and production teams for timely material availability.
Accounting Duties:
Maintain daily accounting records including purchases, petty cash, and bank transactions.
Prepare and verify purchase invoices and ensure proper documentation for payments.
Assist in reconciling supplier statements and managing accounts payable.
Support in preparing monthly reports, VAT filing, and budgeting.
Coordinate with auditors and finance teams as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
2-4 years of experience in purchasing and accounting, preferably in the interior fit-out or furniture industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of local suppliers and materials (especially wood, hardware, upholstery, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and handle documentation accurately.
